Return & Replacement Policy

Our return and replacement policy is guaranteed for all customers and applies to all products listed on our store.

Eligibility:

  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging at the time of purchase.
  • Requests for return or replacement must be submitted within 3 business days.

Process:

  • Once approved, the delivery agent will collect the product within 3–5 business days.
  • To request a return or replacement, contact us via WhatsApp using the number on your shipping invoice, or through our Contact Us page.
  • Please provide a photo of the product along with your city, address, and order number.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Products that are defective, spoiled, or not as described can be exchanged for another item.
  • A full refund will be issued if the received product is completely different from its description on our website.
