- Requests for return or replacement must be submitted within 3 business days.
Process:
- Once approved, the delivery agent will collect the product within 3β5 business days.
- To request a return or replacement, contact us via WhatsApp using the number on your shipping invoice, or through our Contact Us page.
- Please provide a photo of the product along with your city, address, and order number.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Products that are defective, spoiled, or not as described can be exchanged for another item.
- A full refund will be issued if the received product is completely different from its description on our website.
